FESTIVALS IN ARGENTINA
On the eve of Tradition's Day, the students of 6th form A finished their Project "Festivals in Argentina". The final outcome of the project was to write a blog post on the festivals or festive days in our country. Here are the results of their very hard work.
Independence Day
Independence
Day falls on July 9th.
It lasts
for one day. We celebrate with a festival at school. We wear a badge. We
decorate our house. We dance traditional dances. We sing. I love the
Independence Day!

The Three
Magic Kings Day falls on January 5th. It lasts for one day. In this day our
parents give us presents.
We get
together with our family and celebrate in our house. The night before we put
grass and water for the camells.

Easter
falls in March or April. It lasts for four days. Families eat special food and
invite friends.

Friend’s day
Friends Day falls on July 20th and lasts
for 1 day. In this day friends give presents and get together with friends
.Friends go to a park and eat special food. Friends give cards, bracelets and
chocolates.

Carnival falls in February it lasts for
a month. The family goes to the Murga. There are parades and it is fun. People
dance and sing in the street

Student's day
Student’s day falls on September 21th. It lasts
for one day. Friends go to the park. They have a picnic and play the guitar.

Christmas
Christmas falls on December 24th. It
lasts for two days. The family gives presents to children. Some families get
together and eat special food. People decorate their homes. There are fireworks
at 12 o'clock

It falls on December 31st. It lasts
for two days. Families get together. Mum and Dad decorate the house. Parents
give us presents. People wear special clothes. Families eat special food.
